No. Your audio is sent securely to our transcription server, converted to text, and immediately discarded. We don't keep your files after transcription and we don't use them for anything else; the text stays in your account for 30 days only if you choose server processing (Pass and Pro).

Yes. After paying you receive a receipt by email, and from there you can download a PDF invoice.
